Cancellations and Refunds

EPN has carefully crafted a cancellation policy to provide the most flexibility possible to clients, while recognizing standard industry penalties and fees. If at anytime your group or an individual must withdraw from a tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We want to work with you to provide the best possible service. We recognize that emergencies do happen. Please understand however, these fees and penalties are assessed to EPN by outside services, and are beyond our control.

Group Cancellations:

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING FROM THE GROUP LEADER/GROUP. In the event Group cancels, postpones or otherwise changes or withdraws from the tour/travel, the following policy shall apply:

  • 61 (sixty one) days or more prior to departure date: Full refund less any charges or penalties assessed by outside services/vendors.

  • 60 (sixty) days or less prior to departures date: Refund less any charges or penalties assessed by outside services/vendors and a 10% service fee.

Please Note: Individual cancellations may affect transportation costs assessed to the group, as well as the trip cost for other individuals in the assigned room. Individual cancellations may also decrease the number of complimentary chaperones.

Individual Cancellations:

ALL INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING FROM THE GROUP LEADER. In the event it is necessary for an individual to withdraw from the rooming list and tour options, the cancellation policy above will be honored for the individual.

International Travel

Your EPN Tour Coordinator will customize a payment and cancellation policy specific to your tour. Payment and Cancellation policies vary per airline and destination.
